Benefit rate: amounting to the debt owed by the employer to the employee, and up to the maximum amount specified in the law.
The maximum benefit amount is:
- For salary and severance pay - NIS 127,478
- For payments to provident funds - NIS 19,612
Member of a cooperative society
- The member of a cooperative society whose employer received an order of liquidation of the society - will receive the maximum benefit for wage and severance pay amounting to NIS 78,448 .
- The member of a cooperative society that is a renewed kibbutz whose employer received an order of liquidation of the society - will receive the maximum benefit for salary and severance pay amounting to NIS 98,060 .
Linkage differentials
To the payment for salary and severance pay are added linkage differentials as of the day of reception of the claim in debt repayment and up to the actual payment by the NII.

The benefit is subject to the following deductions: income tax, national and health insurance contributions.
